We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $150,
We offer a flat rate for Canada and the United States.
We also ship internationally, shipping rates vary depending on your location.
Once you complete your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Note; that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
As for the return and exchanges process, We do accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 30 days of receiving your product.
We provide free returns for orders purchased in Canada and the US.
We do not offer free returns on international orders. If you are an international customer and need to make a return, please email contact@onilium.com to initiate the return process.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Items purchased on markdown during major sale or promotional periods, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return. If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.

Duties and taxes are applied upon checkout according to the state or province of the shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that ONILIUM does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

If you, your bank account or credit card company are located outside Canada or the US , it is possible that they may charge an international transaction fee, please contact your bank, before making any purchase. The bronze we use as the core of our gold and silver plated pieces is made partially of recycled metal.
All our bronze is partially sourced from recycling plants in Medellin, Colombia. Materials such as chains used in our pieces are made locally in Colombia.
Onilium has a dedicated team and network of artisans who work in Medellin, Colombia.
